My name is Ben Schwartz, I was a freelance writer for Saturday Night Live's Weekend Update and the Late Show with David Letterman's monologue. After two years of freelancing, a large number of my jokes made it to air. However, for every joke that was accepted there was a pile of jokes that were rejected. This is the story of those jokes...and more recently, other short films and projects I've been working on.
Here is the third week of rejected jokes for December. The video includes rejected monologue and Weekend Update jokes from December '04 and '05. This month's special guest will be announced next week.

i laughed out loud at the spongebob joke. then i hit "comment" and hoped it would open in a new window but it opened in the same window so now i have to go back and watch the rest.
