Jokes, Updates and Happiness

This Tuesday, I will be taping a whole new crop of rejected jokes for the month of June. All of my Letterman jokes will be taken from June ‘05 but since Saturday Night Live’s season ends in May, I will be using Weekend Update jokes from earlier months in ‘05.

June’s theme song will be performed by Dave Hill -

“I like my rugs like I like my women - white, shaggy and defeated.”

June’s special guest will be Best Week Ever’s Paul Scheer -

Paul was shocked when the unicorn stood upright and took a picture of him with a rainbow cameraphone.

In other news, yesterday Jane Wells did a small piece about rejectedjokes.com on CNBC’s Squawkbox. I am trying to get my hands on the footage to see if I can put it up on the site because as my friend put it, there is nothing more ridiculous than me telling rejected jokes about Harriet Miers walking like a pit bull while news on the Mittal Steel acquisition flash across the bottom of the screen.

A few radio stations have contacted me to be on their programs and chat about rejectedjokes.com. Next week I am doing a radio station somewhere in Wisconsin and one in Chicago. I will update you guys when I get more details, the only thing I know right now is I have to wake up impossibly early.
