Watch me on NBC10, Adam Shaw the Mediocre Magician and Rob Corddry

If you live in Lehigh Valley, South Jersey, Delaware or the Greater Philadelphia area, tune in to the 10! Show on NBC10 at ten in the morning this Monday to watch me talk about rejectedjokes.com and life’s greatest riddles. Here is their website, scroll over the Monday bar to see who else will be on the show with me. It’s going to be a lot of fun, I’ll try to get a copy of the episode up on my website for people who can’t see it on TV.

A couple of years ago, when I was freelancing for Mad Magazine, I pitched them the cartoon idea of a hipster like street magician who was not very good at his craft. They liked the idea but didn’t see it as a good fit for the magazine, so it was rejected. Well, at the end of the month, this forgotten cartoon will rise from the salt of its rejected tears and come to life in short film form.

My friend Steve Dressler, who is so talented it often scares me, is putting the finishing touches on some drawings and then together we are going to direct the first episode of the cartoon I have named Adam Shaw the Mediocre Magician.

“You can see the damage cigarette’s do to my lungs in my demeanor.”

The episodes will be written by me, drawn by Steve and directed by the both of us. I play the voice of Adam Shaw, all of the other voices will be special guests. It’s going to be a lot of fun, so stop pouting…jeez. You are like a pouting robot, that’s all you freakin’ do.

Also, Rob Corddry is the special guest on the Rejected Jokes video this Monday. He was hilarious and incredibly nice, so a big thank you to Rob and congratulations on your new baby!
