Parks and Recreation has officially been picked up for a fifth season! This news makes me so incredibly happy. Everyone involved with this show is so talented and amazing. ESPN’s The Next Round with me, Scoop Jackson and GARY PAYTON.
Two days ago, I was invited to sit down with Scoop Jackson and one of the greatest point guards of all time, the Glove, Gary Payton. We talked basketball for a segment on Scoop’s ESPN show The Next Round. Being a huge NBA fan, it was an enormous honor to sit in the same room with these guys, let alone be allowed to open my mouth.
After working with Detlef Schrempf on Parks and Rec and now Gary Payton on Scoop’s show, I’m slowly working my way through the starting line-up of the 1996 Seattle SuperSonics. My next goal is to do a cooking show with Shawn Kemp.

I’ve watched every episode in awe as a fan and feel so fortunate for the opportunity to play around with one of the nicest, most talented ensemble casts in the world. I have been in absolute awe of this season of Parks and Recreation. The writing, acting, directing, editing, every aspect of this show has been perfect. For those who haven’t given it a chance, I can’t recommend it enough.
Next week, the season wraps up with two more amazing episodes, including the SERIES FINALE, Li’l Sebastian at 10:30PM!
